Something arrived damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite right — we’ll sort it, no questions asked. Just get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away.

This covers all orders — personalised or not. If it’s our fault, we make it right.
Personalised orders

Because every personalised item is made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind — but we go out of our way to make sure you’re happy before anything is made.

Not sure about a design, photo quality, or wording? Just ask us first. We’re happy to advise before you place your order, and we’ll always work with you if something doesn’t meet your expectations.

Tip: Double-check names, dates, and spellings before placing your order. We start production quickly, but if you catch a mistake right away — message us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
Non-personalised items

Changed your mind? No problem. Return any non-personalised item within 14 days of delivery — unused and in its original packaging — and we’ll refund you in full. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Refunds & cancellations

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 working days. Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible — we’ll cancel and refund in full if production hasn’t started yet.
