Free standard delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only; Northern Ireland and offshore islands are excluded. Complete paid orders under 10 items received before 12 noon UK time on working days dispatch the same day. Otherwise, dispatch is usually within 1–2 working days after payment and complete personalisation details. Standard transit is usually 1–2 working days after dispatch; allow 2–4 working days overall. Dates are estimates. Contact us before ordering to agree bulk, express or specific-date arrangements. You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships.

You can upload your artwork and add your message on the product page before ordering, or place your order first and email them later to orders@edencanvas.com, quoting your order number. For files larger than 50 MB, please use email. We improve image quality where possible and crop minimally; we contact you before significant edits. Proofs are available on request.

Because every item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns on personalised products unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us with a photo and we’ll make it right.

We pack every order carefully, but if something arrives damaged please email us at orders@edencanvas.com with your order number and a photo within 48 hours if you can, so we can help quickly. We’ll send a replacement straight away. Contacting us later does not affect your statutory rights.
