Shipping questions, answered
Is shipping really free on every order?
Yes โ completely free standard shipping on every single order, no minimum spend required. We’ve made it this way so you never have to second-guess adding that extra gift to your basket.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, drop us a message and we’ll check on it straight away.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we ship to UK mainland addresses only. International shipping is something we’re actively working towards โ sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If it shows no movement for more than 2 business days, email us or WhatsApp us and we’ll investigate and resolve it for you promptly.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately โ we can make changes before your order is dispatched. Once it’s with the carrier, we’re unable to redirect it, so the sooner you let us know the better.
How is my order packaged?
Every order is packed carefully to protect your item in transit. Prints and framed items are backed with rigid board, and smaller pieces are wrapped securely. We want your gift to arrive looking exactly as it should.
